Requesting public assistance in a stabbing from this morning in the West end of Ottawa

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a stabbing involving one victim transported to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

At approximately 11:00 am, on Highway 417 west bound approaching Eagleson road, two drivers became embroiled in a road rage incident.   The first vehicle was a black Jeep Cherokee and the second vehicle was a black Corolla or Camry with tinted windows.

The Ottawa Police West District Investigators are looking for any witness that saw the incident on Highway 417 or in the March road area just west of Herzberg road.   Specifically looking for a possible plate of the Camry or Corolla with tinted windows.
